App Requirements

The Dan’s Retail app is available for compatible iPhones and iPads running iOS or iPadOS 17.0 or later. A reliable internet connection is required to browse products, access your account and complete checkout.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I sign in?

Open the Account section and select “Sign In and Orders.” Follow the instructions to access your Shopify customer account.

How do I place an order?

Browse or search for a product, add it to your cart and select “Secure Checkout.” Available payment methods may include Apple Pay, Shop Pay and major credit or debit cards.

Where can I view my orders?

Open the Account section and select “Sign In and Orders.” Sign in using the same email address associated with your purchase.

How do I track an order?

Open the Account section and select “Track Your Order.” You can also review shipping updates in your account or shipment-confirmation email.

How do I request a return or refund?

Review the Refund Policy inside the app or on our website. To begin a return request, email customersupport@dansretail.store with your order number and reason for the request. Eligibility is subject to the current Dan’s Retail refund policy.

Why isn’t Apple Pay appearing?

Apple Pay availability depends on your device settings, region, selected products and the payment methods available during Shopify checkout. Make sure Apple Pay is configured in the Wallet app.

Why aren’t products loading?

Confirm that your device has an active internet connection. Close and reopen the app, then try again. If the issue continues, restart your device or contact support.

The app is not opening or responding. What should I do?

Close the app completely and reopen it. Make sure your device software and the Dan’s Retail app are updated. If necessary, restart your device or reinstall the app.

Are my payments secure?

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. Dan’s Retail does not store your complete payment-card information inside the app.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping costs, delivery estimates and available options are displayed during checkout. Return eligibility, exclusions and refund processing are governed by the current Shipping Policy and Refund Policy available in the app and on our website.

Privacy

Information submitted through the app is handled according to the Dan’s Retail Privacy Policy. Customer-account and checkout services are powered by Shopify. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information.
